1. Introduction

Welcome to Foodash ("Company", "we", "our", "us")! These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your use of our website and mobile application (collectively or individually "Service") operated by Foodash.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

3. Orders and Payments

By placing an order through the Service, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. All payments for pre-paid orders are processed through a third-party payment processor. We are not responsible for any errors by the payment processor. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Service.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel an order for a full refund only for a brief period after placing it, specifically while its status is still "Preparing" and before the restaurant has accepted the order. The option to cancel will be available on the order tracking page during this window.

If you cancel a pre-paid order (e.g., paid via Card, UPI, or Net-banking) within the allowed timeframe, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment. Please note that refunds can take 5-7 business days to process and appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Once an order has been accepted by the restaurant, it can no longer be cancelled.

5. User Content

Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. By posting Content, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
